Join us for our regular Thursday evening practice. We focus primarily on freestyle and greco-roman, although some wrestlers prefer folkstyle. We don't discriminate! Beginners are welcome.

We ask for a $5 fee to help defray the cost of renting the practice area. When you get to Quads Gym just tell them at the front desk that you are there for wrestling and they will direct you to the back of the gym.

Come out and hit the mats with us. We'll have some drills to work with and some live wrestling time. Freestyle is our style. From beginner to experienced, we offer something for everyone.
